Dr. Massart fit us into her busy schedule, took lots of time to go over my daughter's test results, explained things clearly, and gave us a plan of action.
The doctor was a no show to our second appointment two years ago. I sat there waiting for 30 minutes before I realized she wouldn’t be coming to debrief me on my test results.
For the past two years I have suffered from a disabling disease that is complex and poorly understood. I have been a appalled by every other doctor who doesn't want to deal with something that they understand. They can't use critical thinking outside of what they had read in their text books. Dr. Massart is the only exception to this that I have found. She is smart and a problem solver. She uses critical thinking that other doctors don't see capable of.
