This doctor office is the worst place of business is South Texas. They staff is completely rude, and they could care less about anyone's personal situation. I called after 9am, to reschedule an appointment. I was told that even though office hours start at 9am, that no one could help me until 9:30. I called at 9:30, and they said to call back at 10:00. This went on for about 4 hours. Eventually, the secretary told me that nobody could reschedule that day, and to call back the next day. I did, and the same thing happened agai... read more
