Absolutely TERRIBLE experience at this doctor's office. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! The office staff is completely horrendous. I will never again step foot into that office.
I have provided supporting documentation by Certified Mail to Kimmel care that both myself and the primary or secondary insurance has paid on the same bill. In addition, Kimmel care on two other instances have not file claims with the secondary insurance. I have contacted the secondary insurer and they have stated that the claim must be submitted by the doctors office, that I cannot submit the claim myself. The one year period for submittal of a claim has expired and I can no longer recover these cost since Kimmel care has c... read more
Worst person I have ever encountered in my life's experience. Having a degree on the wall doesn't make you a doctor.He and his staff fits the bill perfectly
I waited over an hr. to see a man that did not help me at all, didn't even touch me to look in my ear about my ear infection. Advised me to research conditions I think I have and their treatments and to find out myself if they are safe for breastfeeding on my own time. He was stunningly unhelpful, completely unpleasant experience, unfriendly staff.
Truly a terrible experience on so many levels!! Those of you who are seeking a physician don't waste your time or money your health means so much more.
I haven't been to Dr. Kimmel in some time, but I have to say this...I came to him with my sick child, with no insurance. My son was seen quickly, and although Dr. K might need a little practice with the little ones, I felt perfectly comfortable with him, he easily diagnosed my son, wrote him the scripts he needed and didn't overcharge me for his services. If it were not for Dr. Murray Kimmel being such a terrific doctor, I would have moved on to another doctor long ago. Dr. Kimmel is personable, takes his time with me, the patient, answers all my questions and seems to be "up" on his latest continuing education to keep current. He has an excellent background. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for some of the office staff, specifically the office manager.
