They yell at me and are rude to me even though I have never raised my voice or said anything disrespectful to them, this place never answers emails or calls. I must call at least 5 times when they don’t send the link for my appointment and they don’t answer any, I went 1 month with no refills on my most important medication. Even a 1 star is too high for this place. Vile people with terrible service, nobody should be giving business. If I could give zero stars I would. I went here a few years ago and instead of helping with my trauma, if anything they added even more to it and repeatedly invalidated my experiences. This place is a mess and they made my family and I wait for over an hour after our appointments were scheduled and there was one instance where they made someone wait to go after us despite overhearing their appointment time was earlier.
