They yell at me and are rude to me even though I have never raised my voice or said anything disrespectful to them, this place never answers emails or calls. I must call at least 5 times when they don’t send the link for my appointment and they don’t answer any, I went 1 month with no refills on my most important medication. If I could give zero stars I would. I went here a few years ago and instead of helping with my trauma, if anything they added even more to it and repeatedly invalidated my experiences. This place is a mess and they made my family and I wait for over an hour after our appointments were scheduled and there was one instance where they made someone wait to go after us despite overhearing their appointment time was earlier. Hate to leave a negative review. I have been a patient here for many years but my problems began sometime last year. it's always been very difficult to get in touch with anybody there but at least I was in communication with my doctor. But even that became difficult in the last 7-8 months. When I tried to contact my doctor, s(he) told me s(he) wasn't working there anymore. This place is so incredibly unreliable... Avoid unless you have absolutely no other option!!! They almost NEVER answer the phone, they never return calls, emails or messages, and they just plainly do not care about you. They don't. They abruptly and with no warning seem to drop and gain new practitioners so you might have someone different talking to you each time, never long enough to actually get to know them or gain any sort of trust with them. Was a patient for a couple years , I was at an all time low . all they did was throw meds at me and never take the time to truly understand what's going on. I never felt like i would ever find a good psychiatrist ....until I left this place ! THERE IS BETTER HELP OUT THERE DONT GIVE UP.
