Edit to say I can no longer recommend this office. I have left messages, my pharmacy has left messages over the course of weeks and cannot get my prescription or a reason why it's not being filled. I do like Dr. Bakleh but obviously cannot continue going to an office that cannot provide the medication the doctor has prescribed. Wouldn't go anywhere else for endocrine care. I have been going to Dr. Bakleh for four years and would advise other patients to stay away due to the staff. The front office isn’t the best sometimes and the prescription line is (mostly) a voicemail. Furthermore, when I called the main line to get assistance with prescription for an omnipod I was transferred to a woman who deals with the prescriptions not just a voicemail this time. This dr does NOT honor your time. If u don't get a 9am appointment then condider a 2-4 hour(no joke!) wait time in his small crowded waiting rm. The whole budiness is run that way a lady who was there for a simple 5-15 min test had been waiting over 1 hour & she wasn't seeing the dr. I don't know about you but i have better things to do, like get my teeth pulled w/o sedative, than to make an appointment then wait 3 hrs to have the dr for 5 min & tell me nothing! I went in to get my hormones checked because I have low testosterone. The only problem was dr backleh wouldn’t treat me because I’m gay. He had me explain my relationship with my partner and what we do sexually, which is none of his business. He then proceeded to tell me that because he is a practicing Muslim and that treating me would go against his religion. What a bunch of bull crap! Your religion does not come before treating patients. Never go here
