We moved up to SA last year and I took my kids to another location back home. I love it, the doctors are friendly and informative. The wait is never long and my kids really enjoy the movies that play while waiting. The receptionists are always polite and willing to help with any questions or concerns I have.
Do not go here. Long wait times, poor care and they routinely mess up insurance claims. I have just received a $1,300 bill for my child’s routine well visit. I’ve emailed billing and called them for weeks with no answer and no option to leave a voicemail.
I’ve never been to this location only the one located at city base. Today is Saturday which you are considered “closed” and I kept getting calls one after the other 3 times. When I finally answer, someone hangs up on me. Either way I don’t recommend almouie to anybody. I took my daughter and the nurse gave her 3 shots super slow. Don’t waste your time going here.
I had two appointments that were scheduled within 30 min of each other for my two children. They took us all back at the same time (not a prob ) and saw them both. The appointment for my son seemed to be the only one they sent me an enrollment for but they were both on the books. My daughter needed shots for her 12 yr old requirements. And she received them. Patients beware, this is not a local practice it is a corporate Pediatrics dressed as a Local office. You will be treated as a number and by the way 068 Pediatrics is their actual Google location but they changed the name because Google reviews were horrible and they created this new one just to hide it. LOL so Google 068 Pediatrics and it shows up next to this one and read the REVIEWS!!
