Had to go to Dr. Wassef again for a very serious skin condition! I was so miserable, I called, they. Told me to come in that day. As usual the staff, was so kind, & Dr. Wassef was so wonderful! He told me we'll take care of you, don't worry. Went today for my follow up, I feel wonderful, & everyone was so sweet & kind, & the Dr. was wonderfu!!! wish all. DRs offices were this great! I hadn’t a wonderful experience today during my appointment with dr Wassef. He was so easy to speak to and answered all of my questions completely. He was funny yet informative. I would definitely recommend him as a doctor.
As a person who has had skin cancer a few times, I am careful to be regularly checked. I found Dr. Wassef by sheer luck and cannot recommend him more highly. He is knowledgeable, an expert dermatologist, and even has a great “chair side” manner. His staff could not be kinder or more responsive and I would not hesitate to give him the highest marks in all categories.!
Dr. Wassef, is outstanding with his patients, He made my 14 year old son so relaxed with his humor and mannerisms that he didn't ever mind the doctor cutting of a mole with a razor blade, he just relaxed him with jokes and caring voice. Superior in dealing with kids and his knowledge of the problems teenagers are going thru. and he explains everything in simple terms that they can relate too................ His staff is so warm and caring......
From the time you walk into the office you are greeted by smiling and knowledgeable people. There's barely a wait time. Maybe Dr. Wassef's staff should train other Dr. offices on how to treat patients. Dr Wassef is caring, always a smile on his face and has an amazing personality. A Dr. who cares...Both myself and my son are patients of his and wouldn't have it any other way. Thanking you and your office staff. .
Dr. Wassef was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He also took the time to address all of my concerns and answer all of my questions with making me feel like my concerns were unfounded. I was very satisfied with my first visit to Dr. Wassef and would highly recommend him.
Dr Wassef and his staff are extremely caring and friendly, appointment scheduling was prompt and did not have to wait long. As a nurse myself working in the healthcare field, I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone in need of a dermatologist.
