Extremely rude office manager who refused to tell me what medications they prescribed me a year ago. Told me to call my pharmacist & figure it out myself
In Florida you better have good sunscreen and a great dermatologist. Dr. Wassef is the best I've ever met for all the right reasons. Yes the office is immaculate, the staff warm, friendly, appointment times honored , all of the icing on the cake. But the cake is the man himself. Dr. Wassef was very comforting through a difficult diagnosis. He worked with me on scheduling and put me at ease. The entire office has great customer service as well. Highly recommend this office and Dr Wassef.
Not only an excellent doctor but a very caring one as well. We have been seeing this doctor for years, and he always listens to our concerns. In addition, Dr. Wassef's staff makes making an appointment very easy and works well with the patient.
I had an abscess on my left leg just above my ankle that had been there for years until it started leaking and became very painful. Not only did they drain it but Dr Wassef was able to get the sack out so that it shouldn't come back at all. Thank you, Dr. Wassef!
Dr Waseff took the time to explain my problem,how he was going to treat it and how long the recovery process was. His staff was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and caring. Every time I've been there, everyone from the front desk staff to the nurses and Dr. Wassef himself have been beyond friendly and genuinely happy to see us.
