I love Dr. Mendelson, have been a patient for years. However, there is a witch, that sits in the middle of the front desk. She is rude, argumentative, unfriendly and unprofessional. I tried for 2 years to overlook her attitude. I finally left, and it was like night and day at the new dentist. Why did I wait so long? Other employees ask me about my wait time, and her attitude, so they are aware.
