Dr. Hessami is literally "Dr. Wonder Woman"! She changed my life in less than 30 minutes and that was after waiting well over an hour to see her for the very first time. Her nurse Maria is also wonderful and super helpful and knows her stuff! All of the staff are kind and VERY patient. Yes there is a long wait and possibly over 1-2 hours but she is 100% WORTH IT! The worst system and the worst front staff. One is rude and one doesn’t let you finish a sentence. Didn’t get any emails and had to rebook. They have a nonsense voicemail that comes on during lunch for an hour and the worst of it says don’t leave a message. So poorly management, poor personnel, and the system needs to change.
Shitty experience! I reached out to this clinic in Feb 27, 2 months after my Dr had sent them a referral with no response. I was told my appointment was scheduled for July 13 on the 3 minutes call. The contact also promised to send an email confirmation and call me 2 days before the appointment. I just reached out to my Doctor’s office and was informed this appointment was for May 1st. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Hessami for over a year she is absolutely an amazing doctor. She takes her time she’s right on with what’s going on with you and her nurse Maria is amazing and the front staff is fantastic. She was even helpful with the cancer on my husband’s face and got it removed, can’t say enough about her yes you may have to wait a period of time but to me in the end it is so worth it. Thank all of you for your wonderful work and time it’s all greatly appreciated.
