I had an excellent first consult visit with Dr Hessami-Booshehri, her nurse and administration team. Everyone was welcoming, friendly and efficient. The doctor took her time and fully examined me physically as well as reviewed the consult note. Diagnosis and treatment plan with all options explained. The customer service is not good at all. They don’t care about customer’s time, doctor is usually late and the secretary is not helpful at all
Dr Hessami is an exceptional physician. Yesterday was my first appointment with her. I was very impressed by her medical knowledge and expertise. She asked me how my medical condition impacts me. She listened to me closely and explained everything clearly. I appreciated receiving a thorough examination. Dr Hessami invited me to discuss and choose treatment options. The support staff in her office are equally professional and personable. Dr Hessami is one of Toronto‘s medical heros. She has earned my respect and thanks.
Very disappointing and frustrating experience at this dermatology clinic. My wife had a scheduled appointment at 11:10 AM, but we ended up waiting for approximately 2 hours, which is completely unacceptable for a booked appointment. The situation was made worse by how disorganized and unfair the process was. While we were waiting, another patient who arrived after us was called in first.
