If I could give one star I would. My friend came here in regards to her scalp psoriasis and the doctor walked in and didn’t even look at her in the eye or check her scalp. I’m not sure what happened for her to not even look at the patient in any way…. She just went straight to her computer and asked what the issue was and said her assistant will come in and show what cream is needed and left. Absolutely ridiculous. My experience with Dr. Hesami and her staff was disappointing. I felt that the level of care and communication did not meet my expectations. The staff was not very welcoming, and I found the overall environment to be unorganized. I also felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and I didn’t receive the clarity or support I needed during my visit. Based on my experience, I would not return and hope the clinic improves its professionalism, communication, and patient care in the future.
