One of the worst dental offices I’ve ever been to, maybe only apart from Aspen Dental. Long wait to be called back into the room, equipment wasn’t working. Office looked run down. Was coming in for a simple filling, doctor took a long time after numbing me to come back to start drilling and numbing medication wore off. Had to numb me 2-3 additional times . My mother had an appointment at this location on June 12 and had a very unpleasant and unprofessional visit with Dr. Mordena T Sullen. In addition, she was given the wrong dosage of her prescription from this office visit. When we called to correct prescription her voicemail said she had to wait 72 hrs for a response! Very displeased with the service my mother was given.

My June 15th for 1st try on of partials resulted in my having to come back due to necessary corrections to be made. Charlene indicated that she would call when partials came in. Also discussed on June 15 was my financial responsibility. This was the 1st time I was presented with a verbal or written detail of prior and present services. Initially, on April 20, 2023 I had cleaning and scaling of my remaining 15 teeth. Service was great. Dental hygienist was very smart and Dr. Sullen topped off the service by telling me everything that I needed.
