It seems quite literally impossible to pay my bill. I owe $42 and have called their billing line to pay it at least 20 times. Every time I get someone who says they are unavailable and will call me back. They never do. The only other option is a website to pay online, which I've tried to do at least 10 times, from three different computers, in two different locations, with three different web browsers.
