RecommendedI walked in and the greeting staff was AMAZING and kind. Dr.Barbour is so talented and she will treat you right! John, the dispensing optician, can get you affordable, stylish glasses! Over all the staff was great and I will be returning!
My Mother in Law went for an exam and glasses. She was told she had early macular degeneration and small cataracts that would need to be monitored. After picking up her glasses, she felt she could not see well with them. She was told she would need another appointment. The doctor did not look at her again and told her she needed cataract surgery. What? Two weeks ago they said they were small! Dr. Barbour was wonderful. She is extremely knowledge and takes the time to explain the answers to my questions. I would recommend. Definately a 5 star experience!!
they are unprofessional. they lie to me on the delivery day for my lenses. when i canceled they said is gonna takes up to three weeks to get a check in the mail. came back to the office,in person and was told to seat down and wait for my turn.since i didn't have an appointment,i was gonna be the last.
