My daughter and I were extremely disappointed in Dr. Monique Barbour’s staff. My daughter was initially seen at an urgent care for a possible eye infection, was given antibiotic drops and was then recommended to follow up with an ophthalmologist. When my daughter saw Dr. Barbour she diagnosed her and prescribed another antibiotic eye drop and an ointment to use at night. Posting on behalf of Michael Mellin. Henry was AMAZING!! Very kind and patient. Dr Barbour was so kind. John was great to work with and even assisted in an insurance issue and went above and beyond!!!!! This office is amazing!!!
STAY AWAY!! DEFINITELY REPORTING TO THE MEDICAL BOARD!! HUSBAND LIKE WIFE!!! Horrible billing team and management. I love Dr. Barbour she’s an amazing doctor and am so grateful for her, she did an amazing job with my mothers eye surgery. But her team is full of unprofessional people, from not being able to answer the phone or hanging up on or forgetting your on hold, the billing department not keeping detail records of what balances has been paid. Dr. Barbour is fabulous. I was sent to her office by the doctors at the emergency room for an eye injury I had during work. Dr. Barbour and her staff were very attentive. The wait was not long. She removed a foreign body from my eye and even sent prescriptions instantly to my pharmacist. She was very professional and I have highly recommend her to my friends and family.
LITERALLY the best doctor in lake worth. I recently had gone In for redness/dryness in my eyes; my appointment was at 4:00 I left that office at 4:15 and my eyes felt brand new! I seriously consider you go to her for all your needs. She works wonders. Love you Dr. MB!
