Very terrible and unprofessional.
Although Dr. Mokonchu is an amazing dr she really needs to be a little more considerate of her patients time. Her office schedules so many patients at one time that you’re waiting for hours for a 15 min appointment. After she’s done my csection I’ve waited till dark for her to come to the hospital to discharge me. Nobody likes taking their newborn out at night. I’m so upset with waiting all day to leave and go home I get more and more upset by the hour. Nurses have promised a certain time.

Very very genuine doctor. She is so sweet, makes you feel comfortable, and explains anything you need to know. Her staff is also very nice and helpful, especially the girl in the front desk that takes your insurance and reschedules your appointments. I highly recommend this office. This is my second time and I definitely will be going back.

Dr. Mokonchu has been the best doctor I've ever had. She's patient, nice, compassionate, and answers all your questions. I've seen doctor since 2009 and now that I'm pregnant with my 5 pregnancy, I came back to her. I truly recommend her. Yes waiting time is very long. But you gotta take into consideration she deliver she babies almost every single day. So she has to drive from hospital to office and from office to hospital. Waiting time is worth it at the end. Dr. Moconchu is the best. God bles
Good doctor, very long waiting time to be seen for an appointment.
Dr. Mojo chi is very patient. She does not rush you and she answers all your question and explains them to you where you understand it.
Dr. Mokonchu is by far one of the best obgyn I've had. The staff and Doctor took good care of me during my pregnancy and after. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. I live in the far east so the drive and waiting time I say is worth it.
