My daughter was a patient of hers. My daughter had preeclampsia towards the end of her pregnancy told the doctor that she was out of breath and was very swollen she said it was normal. My daughter ended up having an emergency c-section with a different doctor because monkonchu was on vacation. I would not recommend her.
Would give this zero stars if I could. Normally I don’t post reviews because I know it’s difficult for some businesses, but I want to warn people about the clinic. Finally, I got back to the room and the doctor came in. And since it was my first time, I expected to be greeted, but she came in talking on the phone about another patient and left the door open while I was undressed from the waist down, my husband had to close the door! If you made an appointment with Dr. Mokonchu, think twice. My wife needed an ultrasound, which the doctor denied her at her first appointment, claiming that we had to wait for the insurance to come in, we had to schedule an ultrasound at another clinic. we realized that the fetus has an abnormality and that Mokonchu did not give us an order for the studies to find syndromes and abnormalities, when we went back to her to ask for the order, she refused to attend us. honestly, what a bad way to serve her clients, no ethics and ... read more
Dr Mochonchu misread my genetic testing leading me to believe I was having a healthy pregnancy when in fact it showed high risk for trisomy 21. A year and 4 mos. prior to my pregnancy she performed a tubal ligation. It failed. She told me I only had one choice to complete the pregnancy when I discovered a fetal demise. She explained I had to go into labor, the baby measured 13.4 weeks. I got a second opinion and was able to get a d & e procedure w no issues.

Such a sweet and humbled soul! As far as the wait time goes, Im pretty sure there are no doctor’s office where you don’t have sit and wait to be seen.. Great doctors are on high demand, worth the wait!
