Pros: - Immunizations per schedule Cons: - Doctor not available in time of immediate attention required. 9 out of 10 times you've to work with NP. Not sure why have an official pediatrician if we can't get to the doctor for anything other than preventive care. - First hand experience where NP notes are incorrectly recorded. I work at Cutting Edge Pediatric Therapy and I love working with Dr. Bhatia and her patients. Their front desk is always welcoming when I stop by and they always send us our therapy prescriptions and signed plan of cares back in a timely manner. We appreciate everything you do!
The 5 star rating doesn't do justice to this practice! Wound give her 10 stars! Sr. Bhatia has been a game changer in my daughter's healthcare and my daughter has multiple ongoing health issues. I have yet to see any more dedicated, kind and nice doctor in my life. She treats patients with upmost care, uses medications with caution, addresses all issues. We love Dr. Bhatia! We don't live there anymore but when we did go here, she was always attentive to my kids' needs and feelings. She cares about her patients and the families who go to her office. Her bedside manner is very kind and my kids were comfortable with her.
Dr.Bhatia is extremely good with kids. She is an amazing person and a very good doctor. I am happy to found her. She is easily reachable and too good with kids too !!! Staff works well together to help you as well. Highly recommended.
We love Dr. Bhatia & her NP Lauren. We have seen the other doctors in the practice as well & they are wonderful too! We have never had to wait long in the office. They are always patient & listen to any concerns. I have also always been able to get in same day for a sick visit.
I hope doc reads this review and will try to change the way the appointments are handled. Our Baby girl is visiting Dr Bhatia for over 6 months now. Doctor is pretty fantastic. We feel happy with the Doctor and her advises. The major problem we are facing is with scheduling the appointments. We visit there for Bhatia's advise and don't want to see other doctor instead of her. How can one wait for two - three months to get her appointment for old patients. We are planning on changing the doc.
Very passionate physician, caring. very clean enviornment. friendly and responsible staff members. Its very difficult to get urgent appointments with MD Bhatia, she is always fully booked.
Dr. Bhatia is good but major problem with the way staff manages patient , keep aside 1.5 hrs for every visit and with little kids sitting and waiting for so long is tough task. Need to try other pediatric now
