I have suffered for about a year now, with constant nerve and joint pain, brain fog, memory loss and more. Finally, after seeing Dr. Parita Vasa, I have a diagnosis of fibromyalgia. We stayed with Cymbalta (started by my PCM) and added cortisone injections in my hips, Lidoderm patches for painful areas, maintained Celebrex for pain, then started physical therapy 2x week and Lyrica. Dr. Gafori is the worst dr. He has no beside manner, and just let's his patients go without any retrospect or prognosis. He also forgets or claims to forget that he didn't see you that day in the office, even though you were there, and you have the payment receipt. Do NOT see him. Going to him is like writing your own death certificate. The staff is very oblivous to know thei own forms and fees, and patient care. Awful. Don't waste your time with this smuck fresh out of medical school.
