Pay attention to this office, very unprofessional, no respect for patients. Who knows if they are doing this to other patients: They CREATE you (the patient) appointments and then charges you $25 for not canceling it, very annoying. That's called a scam! Also, if you go to see the doctor, prepare yourself to be there all day, they make you wait even that the place is empty.... I wish I can give them a BIG ZERO!!!!

Absolute mismanagement of patients’ appointments. This place should be dismantled. The disrespect to patients is atrocious. They schedule appointments and the doctor takes her sweet HOURS before she sees her patients. Saw another elderly patient the other day who came for bloodwork on empty stomach and had no food since last night. They made that patient wait for almost 3 hours. Poor man kept asking to be seen and they didn’t care. Made my Dad wait 1.5 hrs too and we witnessed this happen in person.. JUST AVOID!

Dr. Patel is always very thorough with exam and when explaining things about my eye health. The people in the office helped me with the forms and answered all my questions as well. Thank you!

Horrible experience. Mannerless rude stuff .there’s lot of other option beside this doctor . So I would highly recommend not to visit there

I wish I could give this practice zero stars. My experience has been marked by rudeness and unprofessionalism. They conduct tests without informing patients that these may not be covered by insurance, and then three months later, I received a bill unexpectedly. Medical professionals have an ethical obligation to communicate the details of any tests performed and their coverage status.
