Monica was excellent. She took her time and was thorough. I've felt rushed by other optometrists in the past. I was disappointed by having to wait half an hour at the beginning and when the preliminary investigation seemed doubtful, but she more than made up for those issues. Also note: she probably could have changed my prescription minimally and encouraged me to buy new glasses, but she didn't!
