I have had a fear of going to the dentist since I was a young child. Dr. Gobran and the entire staff have always been so wonderful, that fear is almost gone. Every person from office staff to the hygienists and Dr.Gobran herself have always been so nice, polite, and have such a gentle calming manner, it's actually hard to get myself worked up and nervous like I used to be. I have never felt so comfortable at the dentist and has sometimes been the reason that I hadn't gone in the past. But I have no fear knowing I have appointments to go to, and to say I love my hygienist is an understatement, she didn't make me feel ashamed that I need periodontal work. I am definitely trying to spread the word. :-)
As always when I visit you and your staff for dental work, I am received as a special customer which I appreciate. I started at your office with Dr Audette, because of previous very painful dentistry. Dr Audette insured me of a no pain experience. and you have followed with the same no pain procedures. PS: My blood pressure went back to normal when I took it about an hour after my visit.
Very thorough, patient. Fully explains procedures that will be done. Sets aside a consult to explain all procedures and cost. Only wish there were payment plans.

they understand how scared and nervous you are like me. so they help me get through it like i hate the needle going in my mouth what she told me was to close my eyes before she did anything and that is what i did.
I don't have the fears about dental work now that I use to have. h
They always are so welcoming and they are honestly the nicest people. I don't dread going to the dentist since I've started going there!
The staff is amazing with all of the patients, from adults with sensitive teeth to the preschooler who is having his first cleaning. My son and I actually look forward to our appointments!
