I was extremely nervous to vist the dentist after having had an unpleasant experience at my prior dental provider. From the moment that I walked through the door at Dr. Gobran's office, I could tell the experience would be different. I was right. Her front desk staff was friendly and reassuring. As usual my appointment, procedures etc. have been painless, no aches and pains afterwards, and really wasn't that long.
The best service ever! Especially the "Dynamic Duo" at the front desk. So sweet!
My new hygenist, Cindy, used a new tool that made my visit and cleaning very relaxed and my gag reflex was not triggered at all. The water jet was amazing in that it kept my mouth moist and I actually look forward to my next cleaning as opposed to dreading the visit like I used to dread it. With the cardiac surgery I went through the thought of reducing the stress of the cleaning is so important. Great Job! Thanks, Jack Karpowicz
