Dr Libby and her team were great throughout my entire egg freezing process!
I wish I could say this was a great experience, but that would be a lie. I had issues with this clinic every step of the process. Getting financial clearance was insanely stressful because Shady Grove didn't send my insurance company the correct paperwork. It took me 5 weeks of multiple hour phone calls to get the financial part figured out. In my first meeting with my doctor, I told him I was excited to choose a boy or girl for my first child. The team was phenomenal! I just so grateful for the entire team, including my nurse Jimina Smith. Her bedside manner was impeccable and she really eased my nerves.
100/100 Dr. Katler, Nurse Racheal Huff and all nurses on staff made this a bearable experience. Very thankful for their humanity and care towards me and my husband. Very thankful to Dr. Katler we are now expecting our first baby, couldn't be happier
