Doctors and nurses are excellent but when it comes to all other departments such as scheduling and financial, needs much improvement. There is a disconnect on customer experience.
My egg retrieval here was such a smooth process. All the nurses were so friendly and explained everything. The anesthesiologist was also very kind. The procedure started right on time. Everything was seamless from check in to out.
The name speaks for its self , “shady” my wife I and I tried two ivf cycle after first failed cycle , second time felt rushed , unprofessional , lack of communication and direction . They discharged my wife at 9 weeks when they were suppose to see her up until 10 weeks … didn’t refer a obgyn , when to stop taking medications no direction or instructions just best of luck .. we took ur money now you”re not our responsibility , I can go on but highly disappointed and extremely irritated .. plz find someplace else .you can do a... read more
Dr. Katler and his team have been absolutely amazing. They walked us through each step of the process, was always available to answer our questions. The process is very smooth with procedures, scheduling, and knowing what the next steps are. We did encounter some issues with the billing team in regards to getting proper authorizations. Once I mentioned my concerns they were addressed immediately. Overall, a wonderful experience and am very grateful for the team.
