The doctor I just had one visit with him just once I think he is fine, the one star is for his office. I’m at the pharmacy to pick up my prescription they said that they don’t have it. I called the office to ask, the person answer said that they always send the prescription by the end of the day which no one told me that and I went to the pharmacy for nothing. Now I have to wait until they send the prescription and until it’s been refilled. JUST A BAD IDEA OR THIS PERSON MADE IT UP NO ONE KNOWS!!
I have received excellent care and disease management at Arthritis and Osteoporosis Center since 2011. Dr. Ghafouri has helped me manage the symptoms I've experienced, and has closely monitored the cardiac, pulmonary, and other aspects of my condition to help me maintain good health and enjoy life. The staff at AOC have been welcoming and helpful the front desk, taking vitals, doing dexa scans, etc. I recommend this office for anyone needing arthritis or osteoporosis care.
My Feb 3 appointment was a good appointment. The staff was friendly and professional.
They are very thorough and keep me informed of all necessary things I need to do as part of my treatment.
