Their receptionist gives misinformation, records are not filed properly. I called ahead and asked for my information ahead of time. I requested my documents through email and they never sent them. I was told to come in and get the documents, then once I did come, they pulled out a folder where all previous customers papers were all in. They could not find mine and proceeded to be rude. I was not helped and was met with an attitude. I do not recommend this place at all.
I’m really disappointed with my experience. The doctor’s website clearly says they accept Medicaid , which is why I scheduled an appointment. But when I went to his office to confirm, I was told they actually don’t accept Medicare and I totally west my 3 hours It felt very misleading. I wish they would update their website and be more transparent patients deserve accurate information when making important healthcare decisions.
