I’ve had an okay experience until today. I had them call to schedule an appt and they said since it was scheduled for the next day that was also confirmation of the appt. Then proceeded to tell me since I “missed” the appt they want to charge me $100! I was away from my phone and missed the call by 5 mins!! Not to mention they charge for every little thing. What a joke! Very upsetting considering I actually liked the PA I was working with.
After today experience. The wish I could give the staff more.
0/0 stars - Worst doctor I have ever been to. Did not listen to what I was telling him and went ahead and treated me in the way he wanted to regardless of what I said. He bulldozed over anything I said, going so far as to say I did not have ADHD (which is why I started to see him), for him to say all I had was anxiety. I was referred to Dr. Mohammad Ahmed by my primary care doctor. He gave really good reviews so I decided to look into scheduling an appointment with the facility. My original appointment was set for Friday 9/6/24 online. I called the office(BAYTOWN) because I did not receive a follow up call. From there the lady I spoke with was kinda rude but I got through the call and the call ended ok.
