Dr. Harastani has been our pediatrician since 2000. We have been very satisfied with his care for our 5 children. He has always been helpful, and never pushy. In recent years, his practice has grown, and the wait has sometimes been longer, but not outrageous. His office is run in a professional, friendly manner.
..Slow 2-3 hour visit just for well visit ..Incompetent, wrong diagnosis ..They like to give Covid tests for every symptom to these poor kids before they will even see them We are done with this place!
Treat minor med. problems such as plantar warts by freezing them. It has not worked at all with 5/6 months of treatment every 2 weeks. Getting them to refer my daughter to a podiatrist to have the warts cut out, is not even an idea they'll entertain. Even though freezing them has damaged massive amounts of healthy tissue and cutting the warts out would be a one, maybe 2, visit fix. It seems as if it's about billing insurance rather than healing. Getting timely prescription refills is impossible
I don’t think the lady commenting that her daughter had an adverse reaction to vaccines is the Drs fault. I think if you don’t want vaccinations then don’t get them. You gave them to her now you need a person to blame not the Drs fault. Anywho I love this place and have had nothing but a great experience and my wait time is the typical time. Wait times vary because you don’t know how sick the patients are before you and may need some extra care, that’s a great dr that cares and gives it!
My daughter had repeated adverse vaccine reactions in this office, I questioned many of the staff members at the time and was repeatedly told vaccines did not do this to my child. I have since had other medical professionals confirm my daughters vaccine injury. Shame on Dr Harastani and Lapeer Pediatrics. I am now reviewing my child’s medical records and it looks like my child was given shots even when she was sick, trouble breathing and on antibiotics with bronchitis. Not just one time either
Took my newborn there till 6 months old. EVERY well visit they found a reason to charge me for an office visit. Waited two hours for our 3 day old visit. Receiving bills for office visit charges on well visit days from all of last year 7 months later. Now it is too late to even use flexible spending money. Their office staff must be unorganized and dysfunctional in scheduling and billing.
