Going into this place confined my fears that all doctors actually care about is a pay check. I stayed with these ppl for 3 years and no improvements have been made the customer service is awful good luck getting in touch with your doctor (you never will)
Reading Reading all the reviews, I did experience one, maybe two late appointments. However, I am glad that I hung in there. I always have my medication on time. He’s open to my suggestions. And has been patient with my ability to pay. One does not need to leave a detailed message with the receptionist or the voicemail, I have disclosed that my call is important and for Dads to call me right back and I have never experienced any trouble using that method. Dada has been fraudulently billing for services not rendered. He’s a minimum of 15 minutes late to every appointment - and they’re all virtual - but even at 8am he doesn’t show up for 15-25 minutes. I addressed it repeatedly, but he doesn’t care. He doesn’t ask pertinent questions, doesn’t assess for lethality, and doesn’t care to know his patients. Horrible “doctor” who only cares about making a buck.
