I showed up 15 minutes early with all my papers filled out. They made me pay before the appointment. 75 minutes later and I’m still in the waiting room. I asked the receptionist if I was going to see the Dr soon. She said Dr Elrafei “showed up pretty late today” and still had patients to see before me. I asked for a refund and went home. How do you not tell your client when they walk in the door that they’ll be waiting 2+ hours after their appointment?? Left the office crying. Terrible people
Dr. Elrafei helped my son when no one else could. He takes his time to speak with patients to understand exactly what they are feeling. Very calm & patient.
