His "practice" consists of giving you more and more medication, no matter how little it is helping you or even if, or ESPECIALLY if it is actually making you sicker. That's all he knows - that's all he does. He is unkind, always late, grandiose, contemptuous of his patients, and kicks you when you down. Engage him at your peril.

Dr. Elrafei's professionalism and IMPRESSIVE experience never cease to amaze. I've been going to him for 12 years, and he never stops caring. Dr. Elrafie is one of the most compassionate doctors I have ever met. First he came to see my father in the hospital and evaluate him, he finished his work and then.... He bent down and changed my father's shoes, putting them on the right feet....I had't even noticed. His kindness, caring and humanity is a light to us all.
