They are always there for me. Dr. Oyebanjo helped me through a major crisis and I will always be grateful.
They do not Inform patients of whats in the network and out of network. They need to update the tablet equipment to reflect the actual co-payment also, they need to inform the Doctors that coming there every 2 weeks is very costly especially when there's a medication met for the patient. I do not see any reason why you will need to come here even once a month when you've found something that works. I will not return there.
I will keep short. DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS!!! NOT EVEN SURE THERE IS A DR.
Patients beware! Long wait times rude staff/poor customer service! nurse practitioner - Meredith Duggan very unprofessional. Discusses other patients diagnoses with you, yells at front desk staff while patients wait. Gets offended if you ask to see doctor Oyebanjo. Doesn't provide thorough diagnosis. Rushes through appointments. Makes rude unprofessional comments about other patients.
So far my experience at this office is okay, the front office staffs are friendly and i love the Nurse practitioner that i see presently.Every now and then they run behind schedule
I wish I would have read the reviews before stepping foot in the door. All you need to do is read the reviews. It's so sad that it's all true. These people need to be shut down
This was the first psychiatrist I used. When I started using a different practice, I realized how much this Dr. and office lack in care and respect. I've waited for hours in this office only to be treated poorly, only to be judged by a Dr. that obviously has her own issues.
Not good. Doesn't want to listen and diagnose a real problem...only wants to prescribe meds. Came in with my daughter for anxiety and panic attacks and left with depression medicine. Then she proceeds to tell me that I should watch my dauggter and make sure she doesn't turn suicidal on the medicine. Excuse me?!?!?! Why did she even give us something that could make a teen suicidal when all she needed was medivine for occassional panic attacks? We won't be back, and will not be using the meds.
DO NOT GO! This office is all about the money. They pop you for $100 if you miss an appointment, pop you with random drug tests even with NO past history of drug abuse...and charge $50 a test because insurance doesn't cover it and if you can't afford the extra $50, they REFUSE to see you. They don't care if you are out of medication, they just want their money. I've also been waiting THREE MONTHS for my medical records that my primary care dr had requested and they are refusing to release them
