Dr. Vakharia has good chairside manner and explained what to expect clearly. Christina is very knowledgeable and communicates information freely. The procedure was relatively painless and quick. I will recommend New Vision for anyone who is considering Lasik.

Dr. Vakharia and staff are very professional and friendly. Office is clean and inviting. Dr. and staff answered all my questions and follow up care was excellent.
I did not have a good experience with Dr. Vakharia. He was recommended to me by another physician so should be good? No. Very rushed. Sees the patient as a dollar sign and little more. I was there to be evaluated for cataracts/IOL replacement. In the first 30 seconds he was TELLING me I HAD to use Toric lenses (+$3800 out of pocket) with no discussion on risks, complications, etc. I told him I was there for an evaluation, not pre-operative scheduling. Inattentive and poor explanations and beside manner. Always seemed rushed and ready to move on to what I am not sure.
I was recommended to Dr. Vakharia by a friend after having a very negative experience with another local eye surgeon. Now I'm passing the positive word out about this highly skilled and knowledgeable surgeon. He removed both of my advanced cataracts and surgically implanted permanent vision corrected IOL lenses to correct my horrible vision. I've haven't seen this well since I was a kid. No more glasses!! I highly recommend this surgeon for any eye issues. You won't be disappointed.
