The operator was incredibly transparent and gave out helpful information/instructions for an issue I was facing. She handled my questions with grace and patience and made an unsure experience into a great one!
Actually enjoying speaking with Dr. Goldstein and the staff. Very nice people and their good at what they do.
Several times, Dr Goldstein has gone out of his way to insult me. The first time he met me he told me my ex girlfriend couldn’t afford to waste more time on me. He finds every opportunity to be condescending about my choices. I’d prefer if he didn’t talk at all… often, he forgets to refill my Zoloft, leaving me out to dry for 1-2 weeks. It has happened a handful of times. For somebody who is so condescending and cocky, he really is bad at his job.
I’ve been going here for four years. The best and most knowledgeable around.
