Dr. Moskowitz staff, specifically in Dallas location, are disrespectful and will tell you lies that their system is down, and put you on hold for an outrageous time and than transfer the call from one staff to another in order to get you to quit calling their office even for an important post-op appointment to remove a 70 year old man's catheter.
Worst Doctor ever, after waiting for almost 2 hours in the waiting area. I was call in I waited an other 45 minutes in the exam room the doctor to come in he was there about 4 minutes I tried to ask question but Dr. Moskowitz kept stopping me from asking questions then said I'll be back I waited for Dr. Moskowitz to came back BUT never did the nurse came in 15 minutes later ask what the doctor wanted done I said I didn't know he walk out about 15 minutes ago I waited 5 more minutes then I left!
Probably not. I have been going to him for five years. He changed company's with that come a new nurse. When I came in for blood work I ask PLEASE let me know my numbers. Its my right I should be able to monitor my health. Well four calls three weeks later not a phone call nothing. I know people get busy but if I can not get info on my blood work wants the point. I dont like posting a neg review but there is no other way to let him know.
Dr. Moskowitz is the best!! *He always spends quality time in answering all your concerns *Provides in-depth feedback * Always has time for you *Always accurate with his diagnosis *Nurses and Staff are outstanding!! *On a scale of 1 - 10, he is a 19! Dr. Moskowitz is a Great individual and a Great doctor!
If you are looking for a doctor and staff who actually care about their patients - DON'T use Dr. Moskowitz. My husband has been a patient for many years and yet the doctor has no idea who he is. This last experience was the last straw. During two appts less than 2 weeks apart, Dr. Moskowitz concern for tests results went from "very concerning" to "no big deal". The staff is rude and condescending and Dr. M is curt and inattentive. We are still waiting on answers from over 2 months now.
The doctor was very good at explaining each procedure that was to be done and clear in instructions for the patient. They are flexible with appointment scheduling. The office is very efficient and does not make you wait long to be seen. The ladies who receive the patients and nurse staff are all very friendly and professional. The only improvement I would suggest is if they could have staff member that speaks Spanish.

While the office and staff are wonderful, Dr Moskowitz is unfriendly, unhelpful and unconcerned. As a cash patient I was shuffled through, paid for duplicate tests and still dismissed with no diagnosis or even avenue of pursuit. As a retired physician myself, his care was completely substandard and lacking in empathy, explanation and interest. Very disappointing.
I have been a patient of Dr. Moskowitz for nearly 20 years now and can not imagine working through the kidney stone and prostate related challenges I have experienced during that time without him. He is a very talented and professional doctor while also being approachable and down to earth. He lays out options and discusses them with you to arrive and the best, mutually agreed upon next steps. His staff and support personnel are also terrific and I now consider a few of them as friends!
I've been seeing Dr. Moskowitz for many years, pre and post prostate cancer diagnosis. Wait times has improved tremendously. That would be my only complaint. 16-30 is accurate, glad to see the office has improved upon this. Used to be at least 30 to 45 minutes His assistant Brian is top notch also. He has been with him many years.
