AN ABSOLUTE ANGEL! Used him for years then had to change due to insurance. Gently, attentive and thorough. Highly recommend. I always check to see if he accepts my insurance every now and then. Have sent friends and family and they rave about him.
I traveled from Brooklyn into Manhattan on a Wednesday morning. When I arrived, the receptionist said Dr. Essig wasn't in today, for "someone" was suppose to call or reschedule my appointment. I simply told them that was unprofessional, and I walked out of the office.
