This so called Dr,, was a complete waste of my time , he never tried to help me what so ever. It has always been my primary Dr that had tried to help , mean while I have more than suffered while having to file for disability.. The only thing he he is capable of doing is handwriting notes , he needs to retire , oh and btw the guy went MI A on me....
I have never been treated so badly by a doctor before Dr. Forman. He had no desire to hear the full details of what was going on with me, he filled in the details the way he wanted to. I was made to feel less than because I am over-weight and he definitely does not care how or why that happened, just that you are less than human in his eyes and he treats you accordingly. I will NEVER go back to see him. I do believe he needs to retire.
I have never left a negative review for a dr. I saw him in November 2019 at the referral of 2 specialists to be evaluated for an autoimmune or inflammatory disease and I will never see him again. He was rude and condescending, despite significant sacrifice of my time and energy to travel and see him. His report that he sent to my doctors was completely without tact and arrogant in my opinion.
