We loved the hygienists, however, the office staffed failed to check in with our dental insurance company on coverage for my spouse. Even after two months from the first visit, when he went back in the second time, he was told the only invoice he owed was $50. How does an office not check on coverage, until after a clients second visit???Ended up owing an almost $800 dental bill. Receive an invoice of $735.
