I've been a patient of this office for several years last year my blood work was never given to me or explained to me because the lab had some sort of computer issue. I go there today to get labs done and they said they didn't have the order after I had already confirmed the other day that they did have it. Locked over to my name is office and the girl at the front desk printed out the order I took it back to the lab they said it was expired I go back to the front desk and she wanted to challenge me on whether it's 2024 or 2... read more
You can cut the tension in that office..I absolutely hate going..no one is friendly..dr m never smiles etc. Not personable at all...if you have other health issues forget It.. you are to check log your sugar levels...and send them to the office..honestly it's so horrible in that office. I dread going
She's super gentle and nice but honestly one of the least helpful doctors I've had in the last 10 years of treating my chronic thyroid condition. Doesn't provide adequate help or communication in a timely fashion. I had to call her office several times to just be told to go back to my primary care physician. Avoid if you can.
Dr.Moneva is very thorough. She asks questions and more importantly listens/responds to her patients. I highly recommend her!
