my experience with Dr. Thomas, she is very sweet polite gentle with my children. I love her, she cares for the health of the child and very pleasant. She explains a lot of what you need to do. I have been with her for years, and continue to do so. Excellent Dr.
Absolutely love Dr. Thomas! But the office staff is very rude. The Manager/Owner & the receptionist that works on Tuesdays was not helpful at all. I was told to drop off a report For my daughter by the receptionist and they refused to take the report and or even help me. The one receptionist stormed off yelling to the top of her lungs, “I can’t hear my patient”, because me and the manager were speaking which was very unprofessional and down right rude. Overall, great doctor. Full of knowledge and even if she does not know an answer she will find one for you. Great with children of all ages including teenagers! She keeps herself very informed about all of her patients. Gets and reads all reports sent by specialists. I would recommend her to anyone!
Great doctor with excellent bedside manners . Absolutely great with kids. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommend her. Was very impressed with office staff and the whole experience... in and out so quick.
