I have been going to Dr. James for over 6 years and she is the BEST DOCTOR that I have EVER had - the staff is professional and the Doctors treats every patient with Great Care and Respect. I have since recommended my aunt to Dr. James and she cant stop thanking me.
I was going to Dr. James office and I must say it is very unprofessional. They chew gum loudly at the front desk, they do not have change for their customer when there is a 15$ copay when a 20 dollar bill is presented. The receptionist & the DR can be rude/disrespectful. Recpt. does not know hat is going on but will belittle the medical assant that is tending to the patients with kindness and understanding. I would not recommend this ofice until they get it together. Patients are IMPORTANT!!
I love when I go to the Doctor's office and don't have to wait long to be seen. Dr James is very relate-able. The staff is pretty friendly.
This office is not professional at all. Luckily, I am a fairly healthy person so I only went for well visits. Chewing gum at the front desk, not greeting me as I walk in and speaking personal patient info over the phone for the entire waiting room to hear are just a few issues I had with this office. Dr. James is nice, however she could not review simple x-ray results with me and referred me back to the physician who ordered it. She was my PCP for quite some time but now I'm fed.
On my first visit I brought all my pills and explained my conditions to her telling her I would like her to be my PCP. All through this she didn't even take up a pen she just stood there and listened did not record any of my information that was a big red flag. I then called back for an appointment and for her to send me a refill on my mess I was told she was doing it got to the pharmacy that night no one had called in my meds. Very unprofessional. Excuse was they didn't have my meds on file.
