Dr. Wang and his staff performed corneal collagen cross-linking on both of my eyes. The experience was terrific start to finish. Dr. Wang, Dr. Connolly, Dr. Rock, Dr. Zimmerman, and ALL of the additional staff members are fantastic and caring. I felt that I was listened to and all my questions and concerns were addressed fully and compassionately. My experience with Dr Wang and his staff has been incredible from start to finish. First interacting with them at the seminar then the consultation, surgery, and follow up appointments. Everyone that a patient interacts with seems to genuinely care about them personally. For example, one employee went out of his way to make my mother some fresh coffee and figure out how she took it.
Dr. Wand has done surgery on me and 2 other members of my family. With the great results we all had, it is my pleasure to recommend Dr. Wang to anyone needing his eye expertise.
I had LASIK with Dr Wang and had great results. All of the staff members I met were wonderful. Although Dr Wang did my procedure, all of my other visits I was seen by a different doctor. Typically the wait to see a doctor was 30-45 minutes.
The operation was fast and nearly painless. Following all of their instructions for the post op I was seeing so much better than I was the day before. It is truly amazing what lasik is capable of and Dr. Wang was an amazing surgeon. He even took his own time to call us at night to check in on how we were doing.
The nicest staff and smoothest visit. I fainted in the office and the staff immediately came to help and helped me with my anxiety the entire time. Dr. Wang is also one of the best people I've ever met and genuinely cares for the well being of others.
This has been THE BEST encounter I’ve ever had with a doctors office of any specialty ever. First the staff is so nice and warm. Dr. Wang is amazing and kind. He and his staff were a calming force in the middle of a stressful procedure. His staff continuously gave me positive feedback and encouragement the entire procedure. The first appointment I made for a Lasik consult I canceled because I chickened out. Ashley was very understanding and answered all my questions. At my consult a few vision tests were done and I was able to have the procedure that day. Dr. Wang explains what he is doing during the procedure. It lasted about 30 minutes. I have wear glasses for more than 10 years and was blessed to have LASIK surgery with Dr. Ming Wang. Could not be happier and grateful for the excellent service I received. Dr. Wang and his entire staff was beyond awesome. I was impressed how he gave me a call the evening after surgery to check on me and truly appreciate he prayed with me before surgery.
