Dr. Abdelshahed performed rotator cuff surgery on my left shoulder 4 years ago. I recently fell at work which generated a worker’s comp claim. The company doctor returned me to work without addressing my shoulder pain. Dr. Mina stepped in when my employer’s doctor failed proper treatment & immediately began treatment before he was included on the worker’s comp claim. Dr. Abdelshahed is a great doctor . He pleasant and professional. Did a great job reattaching a torn tendon on my right shoulder. I am sure he will do more excellent work in the future.
Dr. Abdelshahed was the third orthopedic Doctor I consulted to preform my shoulder replacement. I chose him because he took the time to explain the procedure and also showed me a video of how it's done. I had arthritis in both shoulders. The replacement was done on the my left shoulder in January 2024 and It couldn't have went any better. I was back to work in four months and the pain I experienced prior to surgery, was gone. It’s comforting especially, when one is experiencing pain, to know your voice will be heard. Dr. Abdelshahed repaired my left shoulder 4 years ago. I have to admit, the surgery and subsequent recovery period dealt me the most excruciating pain I have ever experienced.
