I have been going to see Tilak since i was 7 and now i am 30 and my children see her. She is amazing. Love her and the staff.

This would have been our second time to this office as we are new to the area. We were 8 minutes late for our morning appointment, due to COVID, you must call to be "checked in", when I spoke to the receptionist, she said she would have to check with the provider, Dr Tilak's NP, to see if we could still be seen due to being 8 minutes late. She gets back on the phone after another 3 minutes and said "we needed to reschedule because we will put her behind all day." Our appointment was only for a FLU SHOT! I have always had good experiences with Dr. Tilak, she always explains everything well and makes me feel comfortable.
UNETHICAL BILLING PRACTICES: I have had experience Doctors Inlet Pediatrics and wish I had left sooner. They guage you and your insurance company for money, recommending patients return on a monthly basis for non-narcotic/habit forming prescriptions (e.g., anti-depressants, muscle relaxers, ADHD meds) with a false claim that frequent follow-ups are necessary/routine. They are trying to get rich off of the most vulnerable! Shame on you! That is exactly why they are under investigation.
She is an awesome doctor....explained everything perfectly...
The front desk staff member was so rude and unprofessional. It is a wonder how this doctor does business. Horrible experience!
