I saw this doctor in 2006 after a car accident. I was seeing him for 2-3 years over on Rt. 447 then he left without any notice. Before he left he did a procedure where he goes in to burn a nerve in my spine and then he left. The doctor who took his place couldn’t answer any of my questions about the procedure he did .
