Receptionist was friendly but I was not happy with my experience with Dr. Paina. This appointment felt like an interrogation. She provided all of the information and resources which I will give her credit for. I was there to confirm what nasal allergies I have so I can get the shots. I forgot to stop taking antihistamines 7 days prior so the test could not be done. That part I understand. But there was a rude tone throughout the entire consult and she was very impatient. Horrible! Receptionist is beyond ignorant and rude as well as Dr. Paina. I would give zero if I could and would never recommend this office.
I’m not one to leave reviews but Dr Paina was INCREDIBLY thorough and spent the time with me to go over my medical history, diagnoses, treatments, causes, etc. I’ve seen 4 other practitioners for this problem and she was by far the most helpful. High recommend.
She is an amazing doctor, explains everything and so careful and watchful when a patient is getting tested for things like flu shot allergies and penicillin allergies. Wonderful staff person on the desk too. Highly recommend her.
The day of my appointment I was called to verify I would be coming to the appointment and if I didn’t call them back by certain time, they were going to give my appointment away meanwhile, I had verified my appointment in the email system that they have so why is that not enough?
