In my experience no consideration. I have a daughter and son appointment . We"'re just late for 10mins and come from hr drive. And say reschedule your late.

The receptionist is beyond rude. For 5 days she called me to confirm my sons appointment it was confirmed 3 times. I confirmed it the first day - I called back leaving an voice mail. Second day I spoke to her over phone. Third day I spoke to her on phone. And she still would be calling and emailing threatening to cancel my son’s appointment if not confirmed by x time although it was confirmed 3 times.
