Not a timely place that's hard to work with. I got there and waited 30 minutes in a completely empty office. There was no receptionist, even a long time later after I finished my appointment. So none of my information was ever collected, including my insurance. They never pickup their phone so you rarely ever talk to reception even to make an appointment. Receptionist was friendly but I was not happy with my experience with Dr. Paina. This appointment felt like an interrogation. She provided all of the information and resources which I will give her credit for. I was there to confirm what nasal allergies I have so I can get the shots. I forgot to stop taking antihistamines 7 days prior so the test could not be done. That part I understand. But there was a rude tone throughout the entire consult and she was very impatient. Horrible! Receptionist is beyond ignorant and rude as well as Dr. Paina. I would give zero if I could and would never recommend this office.
I’m not one to leave reviews but Dr Paina was INCREDIBLY thorough and spent the time with me to go over my medical history, diagnoses, treatments, causes, etc. I’ve seen 4 other practitioners for this problem and she was by far the most helpful. High recommend.
