Seconding the interrogation comment from another review. Halfway through my interrogation I felt like I just gave up. She is so rude and condescending when you’re just trying to give information that she’s asking about - I just stopped to wait to see if she’d answer the question the way she wanted it to be answered . At least it’s left me lots to laugh about this week with my husband. Why do we even fill out a 3-4 page document when you just ask all these things again? Very unhappy with this office. They have called to the point of harassment to confirm an appointment that was confirmed 3 months ago (3x to my Doctor's office, 3x by email, 9x by phone). They do not answer phones or have an answering machine that works.
Not a timely place that's hard to work with. I got there and waited 30 minutes in a completely empty office. There was no receptionist, even a long time later after I finished my appointment. So none of my information was ever collected, including my insurance. They never pickup their phone so you rarely ever talk to reception even to make an appointment. The doctor doesn't seem that knowledgeable either when you finally get seen. I mentioned things other doctors had said before and she was just like oh yeah that seems right... read more
