I’m not one to leave reviews but Dr Paina was INCREDIBLY thorough and spent the time with me to go over my medical history, diagnoses, treatments, causes, etc. I’ve seen 4 other practitioners for this problem and she was by far the most helpful. High recommend.
She is an amazing doctor, explains everything and so careful and watchful when a patient is getting tested for things like flu shot allergies and penicillin allergies. Wonderful staff person on the desk too. Highly recommend her.
The day of my appointment I was called to verify I would be coming to the appointment and if I didn’t call them back by certain time, they were going to give my appointment away meanwhile, I had verified my appointment in the email system that they have so why is that not enough? I was a little nervous going to this clinic after reading all the negative reviews. Booking and confirming my appointment were done with ease and I was very impressed with Dr. Michaela Paina, she took an interest in me as a whole person, not just focusing on completing the allergy testing. It will definitely be an interaction I will never forget. It would be nice if more doctors not only had her skill, but bedside manner as well!
Very bad service and unfriendly reception lady, today's morning there was thunderstorm and i drove 1 hour ti get there i emailed them i will be 20 minutes late they didn't replied when i went there she said we have to reschedule you fo January 2026 like 4 months after, While clinic was empty nobody was there Pathetic staff
