I was referred to see Dr. Rameriz by my ms specialist, I had all of my records sent to his office and for 2 weeks I have been in alot of shoulder pain and I had to reach out to his office to find out why I haven't been scheduled for an appointment only to be told that he does not want to see me. I am almost positive that I tore my rotator cuff and could have been doing something about it if his office would communicate. Very unprofessional place in my opinion.

Dr. had me track down my own MRI for their review and follow up. After delivering the CD to their office, I advised same thru MyChart communication. After three emails, the nurse finally responded two months after my initial and only visit that it was up to me to contact their office "as needed"---completely mischaracterizing the visit, with zero interest concerning my ortho needs. I'd advise going elsewhere where the staff takes responsibility for why they're even there.

I was very pleased with my experience with Dr. Ramirez and team, both in the office and in surgery. I am 69 years of age and had reverse shoulder replacement and am doing very well. My pre-op and post op procedures were explained to me very well. I would recommend Dr. Ramirez and team any time.
