The staff is fair, had two tummy tucks and breast lift. Was somewhat heavy for first tuck so had to have another one a year later. Over all very happy since he was willing to redo, staff not too friendly in the past. I did scar some which is to be expected, however he did a great job and I am very happy!

I originally went in for a neck lift, removal of fat pockets under my eyes done from the inside lid, and a facial procedure to smooth my skin. The neck lift came out awful, he didn't pull skin from my neck and stitch behind my ears, he only did the neck from underneath. I had to go back for him to pull skin from my neck, remove excess skin and stitch behind the ears. I was under the impression this was all to do done the first time. I recently had a face lift, lower eye lift, and upper lip lift performed by Dr. Gallegos. This is the third time I have had two of these procedures and I cannot believe the difference. Dr. Gallegos did wonderful work and I recommend him to all my friends!

my mother had a partial mastectomy which was reconstructed by Dr. G. She was in her late 70s. Rather than reconstruct with a saline implant, he recommended using tissue from her abdomen that was tunnelled up to the breast area internally, telling her it would have the effect of a tummy tuck as well. This was not only unnecessary, but much more traumatic, given her age, than a simple saline implant would have been, and it left her disfigured in the abdominal area because her navel is abnormally displaced and the whole thing l... read more
