Dr. Bruno facilitated the treatments of Dr Faye Gao that destabilized my neck due to cervical dystonia, without my knowledge or consent. She acted like she knew what she was doing, but she really didn’t.
Dr. Bruno takes the time, and observed and listens well. The message is clear.
I waited 2 months for an appointment, and then had to wait 40 minutes in the waiting room. Dr Bruno flippantly apologized saying she was running a “little” late. Never going to her again - she takes other people’s time for granted and does not care about their schedules.
