I called with a dental emergency... EMERGENCY!!! I was on hold then given the run around just to have a woman say they cant see me until 5 hours from the time of the call and after they ran my insurance. Wasted 20 minutes of my life... Pretty sure its a good dental facility but geez... Must be hiring receptionists or should be
Allie was very helpful and Doctor Truong you rock! Very courteous, warm and professional. I will definitely be back and recommend them to anyone looking for comfortable, professional, honest dentistry in Austin!
