Love Dr. Papa, but the receptionist sucks. Called to make an appointment and was threatened to be discharged as a patient if I no called/no showed again. I made it it clear that I never no called/no showed... I always call to cancel/reschedule my appointment with proper notice. Also, the dates of the no call/no shows read back to me were over 6 months old. Why has no one reached out to inform me of dischargement then? Sounds like more training is needed.
The women that work there are the worst. Will be taking my money somewhere else.
Nurse practitioner I give 0 starts too had no empathy or compassion she literally written down that I denied a fever etc she never asked me anything!! I came there not feeling well at all!! She never even asked me how I felt . Nurse practitioner looked at my labs said your cholesterol is very high and gave me copy of my paperwork and cleared me for surgery SCARY!! Now I’m scared to have surgery , they don’t spend enough time with you if you ask me. Make me understand and don’t lie on paper just to get rid of me!!
Dr Pappa has a comforting presence I feel amazing just being in the same room as her. She’s very knowledgeable professional and not to mention beautiful. I always feel better after seeing her for sure
