Worst experience. First time having a physical with her she told me I was obese. My father passed away and I had gained weight putting me 15 lbs over the expected chart weight based on my age and height. Then the medical billing was all wrong it was a routine physical which is preventative care, everything was billed as diagnostic care so I received over $400 in medical bills for something that should've been covered 100%. MICHELLE MCKENNY is by far the worst Dr I have ever encountered in my life. I have never experienced such a horrible appointment with a doctor in my 24 years of living. I am ashamed to even say she WAS my doctor. She is the type of doctor that doesn’t care about your health, just their to do her “job.” The first time I met her, she wasn’t the friendliest but I thought I’d give her a second chance. Doctor Michelle is very friendly, respectful and one of those I call detective doctors... She is the best and I trust my kids life on her hands. The girls from front desk are very special too!
